Chula Vista Resort has extended a discounted event registration rate of $120.00 for couples and $60.00 for singles for those guests who book their room reservations at Chula Vista Resort. For those guests with alternative lodging reservations, the event registration rate is couples $250.00, singles $125.00. (Plus taxes)

Cancellation Policy
Please send your cancellation request to [email protected] so that our Guest Service Team can process your request and your refund; we ask to please allow up to 48 hours to process any refunds before August 21, 2025. There are no refunds after August 21, 2025, at 8:00am. After that time, a credit will be issued for a future Adventures event.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Muscle Car Adventures – September 25-28, 2025

In consideration of being permitted to observe or participate in any way in the event, each of the undersigned, for himself, herself, their personal representatives, heirs and next of kin:

1. Acknowledges, agrees and represents that he has or will immediately upon entering the event areas and all tours and events associated with Muscle Car Adventures, agrees and warrants that, if at any time he feels anything to be unsafe, he will immediately advise the officials of the event of such and if necessary will leave the Event areas and/or refuse to participate further in the Event.

2. Hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Chula Vista Resort, Muscle Car Adventures, the promoters, participants, officials, and any person in the Event area from all liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, assign, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned arising out of or related to the Event whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.

3. Hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Releases’ and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to the undersigned’s injury or death, whether caused by the negligence or the releases or otherwise.

4. Hereby assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of or related to the Event whether caused by the negligence or releases or otherwise.

5. Hereby acknowledges that the activities of the Events are very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of the undersigned also expressly acknowledges that injuries received may be compounded or increased by negligent rescue operations or procedures of the releases.

6. Hereby agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releases’, including negligent rescue operations and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State in which the Events is conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

ALL WHO HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT, AND HAVE AGREED TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY AGREEMENT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
