• Resort Fees: A nightly resort fee of $29.99 plus tax applies and will be collected upon check-in.
• Cleaning Fees: A one-time cleaning fee applies to the following room types and will be collected upon check-in.:
  • $40 for Golf Fairway Villa Studio Units
  • $60 for Two Bedroom Units
  • $80 for Three Bedroom Units
• Dog-Friendly Accommodations: Bring your furry friends for $40/pet/night plus tax in Fido-friendly rooms. Pet fees can be added on at the time of booking or upon arrival.

• Vouchers: provided at check-in for included amenities. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

• Prepaid Getaway: This is a prepaid package; all sales are final. Reservations can be transferred to a new date within one calendar year of the original booking. 3-Night Minimum is required. Any unused nights or vouchers have no cash value and will not be refunded.
