Terms & Conditions:

• Not valid on previously booked reservations.
• Resort fees of $29.99 plus tax per room per night apply, collected at check-in.
• A one-time cleaning fee applies: $40 for Vacation Villa Studio Units and $60 for Vacation Villa Lofts and 2 Bedroom Units, collected at check-in.
• Pet fees of $40 per pet per night plus tax apply, with a required Canine Agreement for dogs.

Package Specifics:

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• This offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or group rates.
• Package is for two adults (21+); additional guests will incur extra charges
• Wristbands are required to access package benefits; replacement wristbands cost $100.
• Benefits start at 4 pm on arrival day and end at 11:30 am on departure day.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for alcohol purchases, and the resort adheres strictly to alcohol-related laws and policies.
• Limit one drink per person per order for Premium Liquor Package (sharing is prohibited)

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

• The package is pre-paid and non-refundable.
• Payments can be transferred to a new reservation within one year of the original booking date.
• Rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability and must be within the offered dates.
