

Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

Social Media Marketing Management (80%)
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and calendars that meet business objectives and align with Chula Vista Resort’s brand standards
- Manage and monitor multiple social media channels including day-to-day posts and campaign management of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
- Coordinate the execution of social media strategies across all appropriate channels
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Work with management team and other departments to develop social media marketing and communication plans for key areas of the resort
- Research social media trends and content effectiveness to stay up-to-date
- Create photo and video content promoting the resort and its amenities
- Produce blogs highlighting Chula Vista Resort’s brand utilizing SEO optimization
- Develop and maintain website content along with the Creative Manager
- Monitor Chula Vista Resort app and website content to ensure it stays up to date
- Ensure in-house marketing materials remain current and update as needed
Reputation Management (20%) - Work Together With GXM
- Respond to comments and reviews on TripAdvisor, Facebook, Yelp, Google, etc.
- Monitor and respond to guest messages within a timely manner
- Work with Guest Services Team on solutions

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, English or related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience designing, implementing and managing social media marketing programs, measurement and analytics preferred
- Experience with and knowledge of effective social media marketing strategies
- Familiar with Adobe Suite including Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with WordPress, preferred
- Photography and videography skills are a plus
