TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This package is Valid for Select Stay Dates May 24 through September 2, 2024. Resort fees apply, are not included in published total at the purchase of your getaway but will be charged and collected at check in; Resort Fee is $29.99 plus tax per room per night. A one-time cleaning fee of $40 for Vacation Villa Studio Units and $60 for Vacation Villa Lofts and 2 Bedroom Units will be collected at check-in. Chula Vista Resort is a Fido-Friendly Resort and accepts dogs in any of our room types; pet fees of $40/pet/night plus tax are applied and guests must agree and sign a Canine Agreement. Getaways are a minimum night stay of two consecutive nights and are not able to be used in conjunction with another special event, group rate, promotion, or club member rate.

Guests must purchase SUMMER SWEETHEARTS' GETAWAY from Chula Vista Resort directly to receive package benefits; third party sales of this package are not permitted and will not be allowed access to package benefits. Package Vouchers will be issued at check in containing package benefits - Chula Vista Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and will not replace them. Sharing or abuse of any Getaway package privileges is strictly prohibited; patrons may be asked to leave without a refund should sharing or abuse be found. Some restrictions and blackout dates apply; offer not valid on previously booked reservations.

Getaways are pre-paid, and all sales are final; payments made for Getaways are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new reservation up to one calendar year from the original purchase date. Getaways can be rescheduled to alternate dates and are subject to availability but cannot be canceled. In the event you cannot attend any of the dates that Getaways are offered, you can transfer your payment to a new reservation up to one calendar year from the original booking date. Wyndham Rewards are not offered on Getaways.
