Package Vouchers will be issued at check in containing package benefits - Chula Vista Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and will not replace them. A photo ID will be required when ordering alcoholic drinks; must be 21 years of age or older. Chula Vista Resort and its staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Sharing or abuse of the All In Getaway package privileges is strictly prohibited; patrons may be asked to leave without a refund should sharing or abuse be found. Extra guest fees and resort fees apply, are not included in published total at the purchase of your getaway but will be charged and collected at check in; Resort Fee is $29.99 plus tax per room per night. Chula Vista Resort is a Fido-Friendly Resort and accepts dogs in any of our room types; pet fees of $40/pet/night plus tax are applied and paid for at check in, and guest must agree and sign Canine Agreement. Pet fees may not be reflected in the original purchase of All In Getaways. All In Getaways are a minimum night stay of two consecutive nights and are not able to be used in conjunction with another special event, group rate, promotion or club member rate. All In Getaways are a pre-paid getaway and all sales are final; payments made for All In Getaways are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new reservation up to one calendar year from the original purchase date. All In Getaways can be rescheduled to alternate dates that All In Getaways are available and are subject to availability but cannot be canceled. In the event you cannot attend any of the dates that All In Getaways are offered, you can transfer your payment to a new reservation up to one calendar year from the original booking date.
