TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Some restrictions and blackout dates apply; offer not valid on previously booked reservations. Resort fees apply, are not included in the published total at the purchase of your getaway but will be charged and collected at check in; Resort Fee is $29.99 plus tax per room per night. A one-time cleaning fee of $40 for Vacation Villa Studio Units and $60 for Vacation Villa Lofts and 2 Bedroom Units will be collected at check-in. Chula Vista Resort is a Fido-Friendly Resort and accepts dogs in any of our room types; pet fees of $40/pet/night plus tax are applied and guests must agree and sign a Canine Agreement. All In Getaways are a minimum night stay of two consecutive nights and are not able to be used in conjunction with another special event, group rate, promotion, or club member rate.

Guests must purchase Unlimited All In Getaway from Chula Vista Resort directly to receive package benefits; third party sales of this package are not permitted and will not be allowed access to package benefits. Unlimited All In Getaway guests must always wear their resort-issued wristband to take advantage of package benefits; replacement wristbands for lost, stolen or damaged wristbands are $100 per person and are only available at the Resort Front Desk. Package benefits start at 4pm on arrival date and end at 11:30am on the day of departure. A photo ID will be required when ordering alcoholic drinks; must be 21 years of age or older; failure to bring government issued photo ID showing proof of age for alcohol sales will not result in refunds and wristbands for alcohol consumption will not be provided if photo ID cannot be provided. Chula Vista Resort's Alcohol Policy does not allow the serving of minors, even by their guardians. No more than two drinks can be ordered per guest at one time, and Wisconsin State Law prohibits the sale of alcohol to intoxicated individuals; bartenders have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Wisconsin Dells city law prohibits any minors from being in a bar after 10pm, even under adult supervision. Chula Vista Resort and its staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Sharing or abuse of the Unlimited All In Getaway package privileges is strictly prohibited; patrons may be asked to leave without a refund should sharing or abuse be found.

All In Getaways are a pre-paid getaway and all sales are final; payments made for All In Getaways are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new reservation up to one calendar year from the original purchase date. All In Getaways can be rescheduled to alternate dates that All In Getaways are available and are subject to availability but cannot be canceled. In the event you cannot attend any of the dates that All In Getaways are offered, you can transfer your payment to a new reservation up to one calendar year from the original booking date.

Wyndham Rewards are not offered on All In Getaways. Wyndham Rewards GoFast and GoFree Award redemptions are not valid on this promotion and will not be accepted. This offer is subject to change at any time.
