Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have  the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available  at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms. To qualify for a discount of 5% or 15% off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) at participating AmericInn® by Wyndham, Baymont® by  Wyndham, Days Inn® by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham®, Howard Johnson® by Wyndham, La  Quinta® by Wyndham, Microtel by Wyndham®, Ramada® by Wyndham, Super 8® by Wyndham,  Trademark Collection® by Wyndham, Travelodge® by Wyndham®, TRYP by Wyndham®, Wingate by  Wyndham®, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts® and Wyndham Garden® hotels in the United States and  Canada (the “Save up to 15% Rate”), between August 16, 2023 and October 5, 2023 (the “Booking  Period”), book a Qualified Stay and complete such stay by October 31, 2023. 

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to August 16, 2023 or  completed after October 31, 2023, will not qualify for the Save up to 15% Rate. 

Exact discount level (5% or 15% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate) depends on length of  stay. Subject to all Offer Terms: 

• stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will  receive a discount of 5% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate; and • stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with  these Offer Terms will receive 15% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate. 

“Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the  brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested. 

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid  credit card. 

Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable  taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy. 

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that  the Save up to 15% Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance  of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Save up to 15% Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the Save up to 15% Rate. The Save up to 15% Rate and its terms and conditions  are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited. 

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Further, and for  clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per  night charges that may be imposed.
