Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day In Wisconsin Dells

Perhaps the most well-known St. Patrick’s Day event in Wisconsin Dells is the Thirsty Shamrock 5K and Pub Crawl. The 5K run takes place in Downtown Wisconsin Dells, where participants will race to the finish line for a chance to win prizes. However, don’t worry if you aren’t the fastest, two more winners are selected from the middle of the pack, and there’s a prize for the best costume as well. Afterward, enjoy discounts and specials at participating bars, restaurants, and shops. You can register for the 5K here.

If you’re not up for a St. Patrick’s Day run, maybe the pub crawl is more your speed. At the Thirsty Shamrock Pub Crawl, you can enjoy St. Paddy’s Day swag, $1 green beer, $2 Irish drink specials, and a chance to win a $500 gift package. Bounce from pub to pub with your friends and family during this exciting event. Keep in mind that both Thirsty Shamrock events take place on March 11, 20223, which is the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day.

On March 17, 2023, you can enjoy traditional Irish music to get in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit at Grateful Shed Truckyard. Kick back with some green beer and listen to the Madison Pipes and Drums perform the sounds of Ireland.
