Zipline Operator
- Instruct clients on proper harness usage and safety procedures of the zip line adventure course.
- Employees must have a valid driver’s license to cart clients from sales location to adventure course.
- Employees must display vigilance to thoroughly observe clients on the adventure course.
- Must have the ability to read and write as daily inspections of the equipment and course will be completed.
- Maintain compliance with all legal requirements, codes, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of guest, company and employee information.

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work the zipline.
- We are looking for a dependable, professional, detail orientated team player. At least 6 months of customer service interaction is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 20 lbs.
Body Positions
Sitting, standing for at least 8 hour shift or more.
Body Sense
Have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech.
Body Movements
Walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, and fingers.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
The ability to work with other people effectively and with other staff positions is important. Must be trainable and take instruction to learn position. Have a good attitude toward job as well as guests. Must always appear polite, concerned, with best guest interest in mind.
Mental Requirements
- Mathematics
- Must be able to do routine math calculations necessary for preparing final bill, accepting payments, processing credit cards, or making change.
- Language
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, well enough to give instructions, relay information, and carry on effective interchange with customers, vendors, and company staff.
