Giving Back to the Community: How Chula Vista Resort Stays Involved

Embedded in our roots are acts of service, and we love being able to give back to a community that has given so much to us. We look forward to every opportunity we have to do so and want to share some of the important organizations that we hold near and dear to our hearts.

Chula Vista donates annually to the Golf For the Future outing by the WDEF, which this year raised over $1M to assist in scholarship programs for graduating seniors here in the Dells. This foundation is near and dear to our heart –– our CEO and Owner, Mike Kaminski, was a graduate of WDHS (class of 1977), as well as his children, who are also HUGE parts of our Chula family!

Kids Health Vista raises money for children’s healthcare in rural Wisconsin and was co-founded by our CEO and Owner, Mike Kaminski. Events occur at Chula Vista Resort with silent and live auctions and a golf outing on the resort’s historic Cold Water Canyon Golf Course! In 2019, Kids Health Vista donated hundreds of equipment packs to EMS services in rural communities to help children in need of care.

One of our most popular event series is the Corvette Adventures, hosted by Chula Vista! The fun-filled events are for all, ranging from road tours to muscle car adventures. In these efforts, we also put on the St. Judes Corvette Drive, where Chula will match all donations to give back to St. Judes Children’s Hospital. We have been doing this event series for over ten years and have had over 600 corvettes attend at a time! It warms our hearts to see our community support those who need it.
