Terms and Conditions of Golf Stay and Play Package: Guests must purchase Golf Stay and Play Getaway from Chula Vista Resort directly to receive package benefits; third party sales of this package are not permitted and will not be allowed access to package benefits. Package Vouchers will be issued at check-in containing package benefits - Chula Vista Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and will not replace them. Sharing or abuse of any package privileges is strictly prohibited; patrons may be asked to leave without a refund should sharing or abuse be found. Some restrictions and blackout dates apply; offer not valid on previously booked reservations. Package price is per night and based on double occupancy; price does not change if single occupancy applies. Resort fees apply, are not included in published total at the purchase of your getaway but will be charged and collected at check in; Resort Fee is $29.99 plus tax per room per night. A one-time cleaning fee of $40 for Vacation Villa Studio Units and Condo Studio Suites and $60 for 2 Bedroom Units will be collected at check-in. One round of 18 holes of golf included PER Adult booked. Chula Vista Resort is a Fido-Friendly Resort and accepts dogs in any of our room types; pet fees of $40/pet/night plus tax is applied, and guests must agree and sign a Canine Agreement. Pet fees may not be reflected in the original purchase unless added onto your reservation at the time of booking by selecting fido friendly package add-ons. Golf Packages are not able to be used in conjunction with another special event, group rate, promotion, or club member rate. Golf Packages are a pre-paid getaway, and all sales are final; Payments made can be transferred to a new reservation up to one calendar year from the original purchase date.
