Trademark Summer Sale, Save 15% + Get 3,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points: Terms & Conditions 

Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have  the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available  at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for a discount of 15%  off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) and receive 3,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the  “Trademark Summer Sale”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:  

(i) between May 30, 2023 and June 30, 2023, book the Trademark Summer Sale rate for a stay of two (2) or more  consecutive nights at a participating Trademark Collection® by Wyndham hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as  defined below), which stay has a check-in day between Sunday and Thursday (i.e., stays with check-in days of  Friday and Saturday are not eligible); and (ii) complete their stay, as booked, by September 5, 2023. 

Member must be a Wyndham Rewards Member in good standing to participate. A Member who books and  completes a stay pursuant to these Promotion Terms will receive 3,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the  “Bonus”). Maximum of one (1) Bonus per Member, regardless of how may stays they book and complete in  accordance with these Promotion Terms. A Member will not receive the Bonus for a no-show. 

For purposes of these Promotion Terms: 

(a) “Best Available Rate” means: the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the  applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and 

(b) “Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com  or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) the official tollfree reservation number of  Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Trademark Summer Sale; (iii) onsite  at a participating Trademark Collection by Wyndham hotel, directly with such property by requesting  the Trademark Summer Sale; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App. 

Restrictions apply. Offer availability limited to participating Trademark Collection® by Wyndham hotels. Some  Trademark Collection® by Wyndham hotels may not participate in the Trademark Summer Sale, and those that do  may not do so at all times during the promotion period. Without limiting any term or condition of these  Promotion Terms, the Trademark Summer Sale is not available at any Trademark Collection® by Wyndham hotel  that is cobranded with a Caesars Rewards® partner hotel.  

Members eligible for this offer who have elected to earn airline miles rather than Wyndham Rewards points will  receive their base earning in airline miles with the Bonus denominated in 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points. The  Bonus will usually be posted to a Member's account within two to four weeks after the activity through which they  were earned. The Trademark Summer Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at  any time. 

Trademark Summer Sale is combinable ONLY with applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions; it may  not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, sale promotion, prior purchase, group bookings or  purchase of a gift certificate. Rate does not include resort/service fees, taxes, incidentals or gratuities or additional  per room, per night charges that may be imposed.
